Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Requests:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Royal Valley Travels.
- To secure booking, a 20% advance payment is required. An additional 30% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
Refund Eligibility:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Royal Valley Travels.
- Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation date relative to the tour start date:
- Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits) for cancellations made more than 10 days before the tour starts.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the tour start date are not eligible for refunds.
- Cancellations made within [2] days of the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
- Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit, deducted from the total tour cost.
- Once the tour commences, no refunds will be provided for any unused portions, including accommodations, meals, or activities.

Refund Request Procedure:
- To initiate a refund request, participants must contact Royal Valley Travels in writing, providing details of the booking and reason for cancellation.
